This policy describes how data is handled when you use the Shooting Skills Diagnostic Inventory (SSDI), including the web-based assessment at shotdiagnostic.com and the SSDI Companion app for iOS.
When you complete the SSDI on the web, the following data is stored on the server: your assessment responses, any free-text input you provide for coaching profile generation, a session identifier, and the date and time of your session.
The SSDI does not ask for your name, email address, or account credentials. However, if you include identifying details in a free-text response, that information will be stored as part of your session data.
The SSDI Companion app stores session logs, assessment results, notes, and settings locally on your device. This data is not synced to the cloud, and the app does not require an account.
Your scored responses and free-text input are sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) to generate your coaching profile. Your data is processed by a third-party AI service.
